It is finally time to reveal the Yoga in Boulder Internship Program. It has been a long time coming, and Jah knows it’s good we didn’t rush this. Now we can all benefit from a well though-out system to make the most from our time with each other, learning, practicing and working together. There is endless room for creativity, opinion and support. It may very well be the best internship you ever have.
Quick Disclaimers
This is my first time being fully in charge of an entire internship program. It is going to be a new experience for all parties involved. That being said, I feel confident in my ability to lead this project and to harmonize with all whom jump aboard.
None of the current intern positions are paid. We plan to reward team members with free access to classes and events. As soon as we start to generate some revenue I will certainly give bonuses to those who help make this dream real.
This is mainly a venture for the community, by the community. There is infinite room for growth, and a special oportunity to be a key component of an epic movement.
Needed Pieces
Over the past three years I built two different versions of this website, writing over 100 blogs and making more than 50 pages. I’ve mapped endless roads to expand the site’s usability, and created multiple systems to streamline the content creation process. Everything can be refined and fine tuned, and now we need a team to help execute this second stage. Our focus right now is in creating and sharing content, by attending as many events and classes as possible. If you are a content creator we may be able to get you into those events and classes for free, in exchange for writing and sharing about it.

Content Creation
This role refers to writing news, articles and blogs, taking photos, making videos, and sharing them online. You can chose your prefered topics, the places you want to work from, and the medium you use. You are welcome to have your own style, make suggestions to improve our delivery, get out of the box and try new things.
We need help making conections within our network, building relationships and nurturing those relationships with genuine care and apreciation. If you like socializing and bringing people together, this may be for you. This could also turn into a sales position.
We currently have a Facebook page and are interested in creating a YouTube chanell and Instagram page. We could use a single person to take care of all three acounts, or have one person for each account. If you know how to work these systems please share your skills with us.
In all humility I think this website is AWESOME. It has a smooth set up and runs well, every once in a while we hit a road block but always find a way around. At the same time, we want to keep building and improving. If you are a WordPress master, please let us know.
This is a huge area for infinite posibilities. It could include anything from making flyers to creating our marketing strategy. Everyone has ideas and opinions, we need the best minds and the best hands to carry this forward. Inovators and deep-thinkers are encouraged to reach out, as much as those who can “chop wood and carry water”.
